Angostura Bitters, Espresso, Rich Demerara, Egg
The Story

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Angostura Bitters

  • 1 oz Espresso (or Cold Brew)

  • ½ oz Rich Demerara Syrup

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 coffee bean for garnish

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  2. Dry Shake (no ice) for 10 seconds (hold tight, so the shaker doesn't explode!)

  3. Wet Shake (with ice) for 10 seconds

  4. Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass

  5. Grate coffee bean across the top for garnish
