The Story
We found this on social media, but it turns out this is from The Savoy Cocktail Book, by Harry Craddock. Our copy (the cheap paperback), however, has replaced the Biter with the Black Russian. It seems we need to find a better copy of the book.
Ingredients
1½ oz Gin (Plymouth)
¾ oz Green Chartreuse
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup (1.5:1)
1 dash Absinthe
Preparation
Combine all ingredience in a cocktail shaker
Shake with ice
Double strain into a chilled coupe
