Absinthe, Orgeat, Lemon, Soda Water
The Story

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Absinthe

  • ¾ oz Orgeat

  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Soda Water

Preparation

  1. Add absinthe, orgeat and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker

  2. Add ice and shake for 6-10 seconds

  3. Double strain into a highball filled with ice cubes

  4. Top with soda water
