Blanche's Peach Perfect

Georgia Peach, Ginger, Black Tea
The Story

This is a Runaway Original Mocktail made in partnership with Present Company in St. Paul for their Grand Re-Re-Opening Golden Girls Event. This one make a nice sweet tea with a little bite from the ginger. The more ginger you use, the more bite you get. Build in glass!

Ingredients

  1. Steep tea bag and ginger in 6-7 oz hot water for 4-5 minutes

  2. Remove tea bag and ginger slices

  3. Stir in Georgia Peach Syrup

  4. Cool and serve over ice garnished with peach slice

Preparation

  • 1 oz Georgia Peach Syrup (Portland)

  • 1 Black Tea Bag (Assam or English Breakfast)

  • 1-2 Thin Slices of Fresh Ginger

  • 6-7 oz Hot Water for steeping
