The Story

This Runaway Original Mocktail built alongside Present Company in St. Paul for their Grand Re-Re-Opening Golden Girls Event, combines "Rose's St. Olaf Sunshine" and "Blanche's Peach Perfect" into the classic Arnie Palmer style drink. This recipe let's you build half of each if the Palmer is what you're after.

Ingredients

  1. Steep tea with fresh ginger, remove ginger, and cool

  2. Stir Georgia Peach Syrup into the cooled tea

  3. Stir Strawberry Lemon-Lime Syrup and lemon juice with water

  4. Combine both halves over ice in a Collins glass

  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and strawberry slice

Preparation

  • 1 oz Georgia Peach Syrup (Portland)

  • 1 oz Strawberry Lemon-Lime Syrup (Portland)

  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 4 oz Brewed Black Tea with 2 slices Fresh Ginger

  • 4 oz Water
