Three Dots and a Dash

Rum, Dry Curacao, Falernum, Honey, Lime
The Story

A classic tiki cocktail for certain. This is the recipe from Steve the Bartenders's book, which in turn is the recipe from the Chicago Tiki bar that shares the same name as the drink. A very accessible tiki drink that is sure to please anyone out of the patios during the warmest months of the year.

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Rhum Agricole

  • 1oz Demerara Rum

  • ½ oz Dry Curacao

  • ½ oz Falernum

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • ½ oz Honey Syrup

  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a milkshake tin (or cocktail shaker if not flash blending)

  2. Add crushed ice and a few larger agitator cubes

  3. Open pour into a Tiki Mug or highball glass

  4. Garnish with 3 cherries and a rectangle of pineapple
