Tilting the Scale

Tequila, Aperol, Licor 43, Lemon
The Story

We had this one at the Nightingale restaurant in Minneapolis. We knew the ingredients, but not the proportions, so we had to do some reverse engineering.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Reposado Tequila

  • ¾ oz Aperol

  • ½ oz Licor 43

  • ½ oz Lemon Juice

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

  2. Shake with ice

  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe
