Gin, Creme de Cassis, Blanc Vermouth, Pineapple, Lemon, Simple Syrup
The Story

Our Godfather's Cocktail for Summer 2026! This is a spectacular blend of flavors that you have to try. If you are new to "blanc" vermouth, don't worry about the size of the bottle, as we found it mixes into a fine martini (and probably many other things you might use dry vermouth for traditionally).

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Gin

  • ¾ oz Creme de Cassis

  • ¾ oz Blanc Vermouth (Dolin)

  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice (fresh best; canned is fine)

  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • ¼ oz Semi-Rich Simple Syrup (1.5:1)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  2. Add ice and shake for 6-10 seconds

  3. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora

  4. Garnish with Pineapple Fronds
