Queen's Park Hotel Super Cocktail

Rum, Sweet Vermouth, Grenadine, Lime, Angostura
The Story

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Angostura Rum

  • ½ oz Sweet Vermouth

  • ½ oz Grenadine (homemade or Anders Portland Syrups)

  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  2. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds

  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora

  4. Garnish with Lime Twist (if you're daring)
