Penicillin

The Story
Ingredients
2 oz Blended Scotch Whiskey
4 slices Fresh Ginger
¾ oz Lemon Juice
¾ Honey Syrup (3:1)
¼ oz Islay Scotch Whiskey
Preparation
Muddle ginger in shaking tin
Add blended Scotch, Lemon Juice and Honey syrup to the tin
Shake with ice for 15 seconds
Double strain into a lowball with a large ice cube
Float the Islay scotch on top
Garnish with candied ginger on a cocktail pick
