Gin, Apple Brandy, Benedictine, Cynar, Peychaud's Bitters, Absinthe
The Story

No single ingredient stands out here, but there is just a hint of bitterness on the tail end from the Cynar

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Gin

  • 1 oz Apple Brandy (Lairds Bonded)

  • ½ oz Benedictine

  • ½ oz Cynar

  • 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters

  • Absinthe Rinse

Preparation
  1. Combine Gin, Brandy, Benedictine, Cynar and Peychaud's in a mixing glass

  2. Stir with ice for 30 seconds

  3. Double strain into chilled coupe rinsed or spritzed with Absinthe
