This is a simple 2 ingredient cocktail that is as easy to sip as it is to make! Plus, it is equal parts. Cocktail mixing does not get easier than the Mezzo y Mezzo (assuming you can find one of the two ingredients). If you are new to the Amaro category of liquor, Amaro Amorino might be the perfect entry point. We discovered it at a local coffee shop/cocktail bar called the Briar, in Northeast Minneapolis. After trying it in a cocktail, we had to try it on it's own, and it was worth it! Amorino is an approachable bitter. Heck it's got some sweetness in it! Definitely worth tracking a bottle down and mixing some drinks. Cheers!
