Irish Whiskey, Sherry, Apricot, Peychauds
The Story

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Irish Whiskey (Powers Red Label)

  • 1 oz Amontillado Sherry

  • ½ oz Apricot Liqueur

  • 2 dashes Peychauds Bitters

  • Lemon Oil for Garnish

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass

  2. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds

  3. Drop a Marschino Cherry into the bottom of a chilled Nick and Nora glass

  4. Strain in cocktail

  5. Express Lemon Oil over drink (and hit those sides)
