Broken Plane

Gin, Amaro Nonino, Elderflower Liqueur, Lemon Juice
The Story

Does the world need more Paper Plane riffs. Sure, why not? This one is delicious, substituting gin for bourbon and elderflower for Aperol.

Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Gin (Hendricks/Plymouth, not London Dry)

  • ¾ oz Amaro Nonino

  • ¾ oz Elderflower Liqueur (St. Germain)

  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds

  3. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora

  4. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel
