From our Patreon Only video series the "Godfather's Corner" this is an amazing intro to blended scotch whiskey. A bit of a riff on a Manhattan, this one sweetens up the smokey scotch with Benedictine (a very popular liqueur here at the Runaway Anchor). If you're trying to get into sipping Scotch, this is a great place to start! Cheers!
Ingredients
2 oz Blended Scotch
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Benedictine
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
Add ice and stir for 30 seconds
Strain into a chilled coupe
