Gin, Lemon, Orgeat, Bitters
The Story

This was a big hit when it showed up on our Spring 2025 Menu. By adding the nutty syrup, Orgeat, to this gin cocktail, you end up with something slightly tiki. It is an absolute pleasure! Cheers!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin

  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice

  • ¾ oz Orgeat

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 5 drops 20% saline

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds

  3. Pour into chilled Nick & Nora or Coupe

  4. Express lemon peel over the top and discard the peel
