Lumberjack in Love

The Story
This is a brilliant "beer cocktail" brought to us by Anders Erickson (our Runaway Godfather)! Stick with Rye versus any other whiskey for this one. You want the spice of the rye in the mix. Your purchase of All Spice Dram will service you well in the warmer months, as it is a staple of many tropical and tiki drinks. A bit odd, as it is really a "baking spice" flavor. Make sure to get a cherry juice without added sugar. We add our own sweetness in the cocktail, so check your labels. Finally the beer calls for Oktoberfest. That can be a simple German brew like Paulaner (classic Munich beer). But we suggest finding a local brewery making a seasonal beer, and try that out. Just stick to something in the Oktoberfest family (don't dump pale ale or stout into this!!)
