Bourbon, Lemon, Honey
The Story

This is another cocktail from Steve the Bartender's Cocktail Guide. A nice twist on the whiskey sour, this one adds in Honey Syrup. We encourage you to make your own syrup versus buying it in store. It's a simple combo of Honey and Water heated up and cooled down (just like making simple syrup). Sweet and Citrusy, this is a great Summer Cocktail, or anytime Cocktail! Cheers!

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice

  • ¾ oz Honey Syrup (3:1)



Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  2. Shake with ice for 15 seconds

  3. Double strain into a lowball with a large ice cube

  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon
