Charlie Chaplin

Sloe Gin, Apricot Liqueur, Lime
The Story

We finally found a solid cocktail for our bottle of Sloe Gin. This is a fruit forward, low ABV, cocktail that could be your next pool-side sipper. Anders taught us that for balancing citrus and liqueurs you want 2:1 ratio versus the standard 1:1 ratio of syrup to alcohol. Of course, it’s all up to your personal taste.

For this one, the apricot is the dominant flavor, but that is certainly not a bad thing. We hope you enjoy it. Cheers!!

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin

  • 1 oz Apricot Liqueur

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker

  2. Add ice and shake for 6-10 seconds (not too long)

  3. Double Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass
