Debbie Don't

The Story
This modern concoction was created by Zachary Gelnaw-Rubin and can be found in Sasha Petraske's book "Regarding Cocktails". It's flavor is very much more than the sum of it's parts. It is sweet and reminiscent of figs. It is named for the ghost that haunts the Dutch Kills bar in Queens, New York.
